About this item
These thin, cleanly cut pieces have a tender texture and mild seafood flavour. Their compact shape heats quickly and works well in stir-fries, seafood noodles, rice bowls, soups and hot-pot dishes. Prepared for easy portioning, they are a convenient ingredient for fast cooking while retaining a pleasant bite. Add them near the end of cooking so they stay tender and do not become unnecessarily firm.
